In order to provide individualized and high-quality care, we do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to focus fully on your healing experience rather than being limited by insurance constraints. Many clients find this model more flexible, personal, and effective. Superbills can be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Superbills for specific conditions can be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We also gladly accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for eligible services, offering an additional way to invest in your wellness
-
Working with an out-of-network provider gives you access to longer, more personalized sessions tailored to your body’s needs—not bound by insurance restrictions. This model allows for deeper therapeutic work, continuity of care, and a more holistic, client-centered experience.

Every body and every journey is different. I create customized protocols based on your specific goals, health history, and how your body responds. Some clients come for short-term recovery support, while others choose ongoing care to support chronic conditions or overall wellness.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is the sole focus of InnerGreat. This intentional focus encourages refinement and deeper work in supporting the lymphatic system, giving you the highest level of specialized care. MLD is a gentle medical technique that supports fluid balance, immune health, and healing.
-
No, MLD should never be painful. MLD uses light, rhythmic touch designed to support the flow of lymphatic fluid just beneath the skin. The technique is gentle by design, and its effectiveness comes from precision, not pressure. Many clients describe it as calming, soothing, and deeply restorative.
